Look at that. Our old friends are back. We heard them first, playing stopped and ears and eyes turned skyward wondering if it was really true. And then we saw them, oh so many of them flying with such gusto as if their wings were actually delivering spring time to everything they passed over.
I feel like I can breathe now. Longer days to frolic outside. The wind has finally died down (this has been the windiest winter EVER!) And we can now just do the very thing we excel at, piddling around outside without a plan.
Inside the boat projects plug along still. We are knocking off the things from our list that require more labor than cash. So this weekend we repaired and painted the cockpit floor.
Before you know it we'll be kvetching about the heat.

Our Canadian geese never leave... you can borrow some next winter if you get lonely and achy for them. Then they'd stop pooping everywhere!
Your pictures are fantastic. Dibs on Naias skirt ;)
The kids look as if they are very bit as ready for Spring as you are!
Kvetching, indeed. I'm already planning to spend July in the water somewhere. :) Enjoy the spring! Love Naia's butterfly skirt, btw.
Isn't it fabulous?! Freja had a complete melt-down tantrum on the back deck on Sunday at 5:30 when her exhausted, 38 week pregnant mamma told her it was time to come inside. In between sobs she was yelling "outside, outside, OUTSIDE!!"
Yacht Charter Dubai i regularly visit this blog. i like it very much. really nice blog.
Okay, I am dying over the butterfly skirt! Where did you get that amazing fabric?
