In the words of Mary Schmich printed in the Chicago Tribune back in 1997 and made globally famous by one Baz Luhrmann:
DANCE. Even if you have nowhere to do it but in your own living room.
And our living room is pretty damn small. But we do it. We dance in the morning. We dance during lunch. We dance when it's way past bed time. We dance after we've had a fight. We dance away tears and tantrums. I hold him in my arms and spin him around even though he's 40-something pounds. He dances on top of the table "like Gene Kelly". Daddy dances like a gringo, mama shakes it like "her people". We dance until we're laughing so hard we can hardly breathe.
There's always time. Any music will do. Grab your kid and dance.

Aurora is quite the dancer, and her enthusiasm has sucked the rest of us into it. You should see us leaping around the cockpit to, say, the taiko-drumming theme song of Avatar. =) Fun stuff! Let's dance!
We love to dance around here too. Thanks for the reminder. :)
We dance together often but we danced at a wedding this past weekend - it was so joyful and such fun.
This is awesome... Sometimes I do forget! Thanks!
