So when we were out sailing the other weekend and I took the helm, I realized I had a bit of a problem. I just BARELY fit between the seat and the helm. I can't sit because I am too short to see over the cabin top. And while standing the wheel is brushing against my big pregnant belly with every turn. And then a power boat goes by and wakes us and... oh dear. I fear one morning I will wake up and find I can not sneak past the engine compartments in the hulls and be stuck in the cabin until I give birth. This is getting interesting.

oh dear! this too funny! And you still have a couple of months to go ... of course, the upside is you'll have a glorious baby who will be so contented and peaceful 'cause she'll be nice and healthy and big! Just don't get stuck in the loo - that would be awful. :-)
Awww! Funny! Bless your big belly...
Oh, Cindy!
Sweet, Sweet baby belly!
A water birth perhaps!? ; )
(Your package arrived, I will write more soon) xo
Don't get trapped inside! ;)
Oh, my! I would have never thought of this as a problem! Boats do get small real quick... :)
Thanks for the crab info... cleared things up round here!
OMG that is so funny. I remember those days. I should have warned you. The really, really fun one is the day that you can only barely fit in your own galley, and you have to move down the hall to the wide bit in order to turn around. Also fun when you squish in, either behind the helm or at the galley or head sink, and baby starts kicking whatever part is pushing against... that's just a winner.
oh my, there needs to be a plan.
