GIVEAWAY!! Green Mountain Wee Woolies!

I am thrilled to introduce you to Valerie from Green Mountain Wee Woolies - an Etsy shop that I frequent.
Here's what the shop is all about in Valerie's own words:

"We are a family based business nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont. We offer handwork kits and hand crafted Waldorf inspired toys. Handmade with a variety of recycled and natural materials. We love making things to brighten a child's day."
I asked Valerie how she got started:
"I started creating when I was very young, my mother taught me to knit around the age of seven I love learning new hand crafts , I am taking weaving classes at the moment. I started selling on etsy five years ago."
And of course what inspires her creative work:
"I love working with natural fibers and raise my own sheep and angora goats. I am inspired by children and my beautiful surroundings in Vermont. "
Valerie's favorite items in her shop:
"My favorite toys that I make are the felted wool gnome homes and the felted wool crowns."
MY favorite item... this sweet kitty lacing set with the gorgeous wool carrying bag.
Valerie is generously offering a $25 gift certificate to her etsy shop Green Mountain Wee Woolies. Please drop by her shop and have a look around, there are so many fabulous handmade gifts for the holidays.

All you have to do to win is leave a comment here between now and Friday night Dec. 3 at 9pm EST and I will pick a random number winner which I will post on Saturday morning.

Thank you so much to Green Mountain Wee Woolies!

p.s. Head on over to Rhythm Of The Home -- their winter issue is online and it's fabulous! (and not just because I contributed this season)
:)

I just found your blog. I'm looking around and liking it so far (plus a super-cute give-away as a great introduction). Every Winter I start feeling like our 650 sq.ft. home is a little small for two grown ups and three homeschooled children. I'm hoping that your tales from a boat will encourage my feelings of abundance. :) Thanks.
