But I force myself to shuffle out there with the kids, for the kids.
Zach romps around like a puppy. I remember how our dearly departed Schooner-dog would leap around in the snow and dive nose first into any pile big or small. Zach was undaunted by the fact that this was merely a wet dusting. He was going to scrape every single molecule of snow up and make snowballs no matter what.
Snowball fights with the dock master and itty bitty snowmen happened even with just a thin layer.
Lovely, but no thank you.
~Wishing everyone a very happy new year!~

Happy new years beautiful family! Only rain rain and more rain with a tinge of sniffles here. And as usual, waiting on a baby.
Happy New year! I love the shots of Zach and Naia with their sled, they are just so HOPEFUL. :)
Happy new year, Cindy! I am totally with you, when it comes to snow. I just keep in mind that, here in Michigan, more snow means better lake levels. In that case, I'm ready for there to be much, much more! ;-)
Love the pictures. It looks like Zach is having a great time!
Happy New Year to you all.
You can up anchor and go visit Serena in the warm place, if it all gets too much :)
You might hate snow, but you're awesome enough to score that sled. Oz?
We had a snow shower only on MV and cringed to hear that there was snow down here in MD. But we got a few inches when we returned the folks to PA and that gave Alex enough time to romp and for us to make a snow man before our departure home.
Happy New Year. We gotta find an indoor pool and create the tropics somehow!
