Found your blog a few weeks ago, and have yet to leave a comment. So. Hello! I really enjoy reading about your life, your boat, your boy... thank you for sharing your experiences. Lovely.
Just found your blog through SouleMama. It's lovely.
we are sooo doing this! Thanks for the great idea!!
I just wanted to let you know, the marbles are helpful, but not necessary, and they can potentially break the jar. (big mess.) Also, if you keep shaking and shaking the fat will separate from the water and you can strain it off and have the hard kinda butter to bake with. Very cool blog btw.
Welcome aboard Lee-Anne and Sarah and thank you for the kind words.
Mamaroots - be careful, your butter intake will increase dramatically. I am looking for excuses to have butter now!
Michelle - thank you for the tips! We are rookies at this and I have the feeling we'll try it again. Help is always appreciated!
Maia says, "I'm making this!"
Di - you need to make some home made bread or muffins or something to go with it. Mmmmmmmm!
